Nowadays it tell prier to call if a call is coming by whom.
The paid version provides more feature as who has seen your profile and all.

Negative: Anyone get your name from Truecaller by just searching your number.
User support is not that good.
They should increase more security.

Summary: Overall a great app with tons of features other than calls and message filtering and also payment feature. In it also lets you know if someone checked your number on Truecaller if you are a premium user.

Positive: Probably this is the best app that lets you know whether a call is a spam call or not. And also let you know who is calling you. This is a very helpful application that save me from spam calls and messages.

Negative: The app crashes sometime on old devices like which is just around 3 or 4 years old now.

You can easily see details of unknown phone number information before you receive a call by the prompt banner on the screen. You can always block spam calls and see how many times the phone number has been blocked by other peoples.

Positive: It helps in detecting details of unknown or spam phone numbers and blocking the spam call.
Very basic interface with lots of features like image search, blocking option, Backup.
If you are a premium member you can unlock a gold banner and other extended features.

Negative: I don't like that our all the contact data is sync by the Truecaller we cant block it to sync some private numbers that a privacy issue and sometimes when I play games and receive a call the call banner block the screen.
Overall I am using it for a long time now for blocking spam and getting call details.

Negative: I don't suggest this app if you have privacy issues because it can access all of your stored contact information.

Summary: It prevents calling fraud to a good extent. It is secure, and now you can pay through Truecaller as well with your UPI. Overall it is a great app to get a head start about who is calling from an unknown or new number.

Positive: These days when social engineering is at the peak, apps like Truecaller prevents a lot of such attack by providing possible caller ID. I have been using its paid version to be pretty sure about who's calling and If someone has got my information from Truecaller as well, as paid version Truecaller tell who visited your profile.

Negative: The pop-up screen irritates a lot when it pops up unnecessarily.
It forcefully asks you to make it default calling and messaging app in case you want to use its other features.
Otherwise, it works fine.

Summary: It is a nice and multi-functioning app which is very helpful and useful nowadays. But premium membership is not affordable for everyone also an individual can manipulate or change his or her identity.

Positive: You can use Truecaller to identify calls from unknown or unsaved numbers. it's a multi-functioning app that can help to block, report, save, make calls to saved or not saved phone numbers. you can check how many people have reported that particular number.

Negative: One can change or save his/her identity on Truecaller according to them, disclosing your real identity is not mandatory. For other features, you have to buy the premium membership which is not affordable for everyone.

Negative: Sometimes while making a call it pops up automatically.
Truecaller premium feature is useless as it is of no use.
It also has some negative response while detecting a location.

Summary: You can manage your phone calls and messages through this app. It has various options to automatically sense OTP and other important details like bank messages or any web links. It a great app to have and use.

Positive: This application has almost every feature that you could expect from it. Notifies you of the unknown caller, filters spam, can be linked with a google account.

Negative: Something it gets laggy and too many notifications can be sent from the application.

Summary: Overall, it's an incredibly and overly complex way to make or receive calls. It frequently just isn't correct in identifying the caller. If you're willing to Wade through a considerable number of clicks added to the calling process, and don't mind ignoring about 90% of the noise presents to you, then by all means- use it. But for me, after giving it way more chances than any reviewer would, it's not good at all. If it really is one of the best ones, then I doubt that there are any good ones.

Positive: Originally, it's at a fairly straightforward job of identifying calls, and allowing me to block them.

Negative: Over time however, they put more and more features between you and the act of simple calling, to the point where it's not worth using. It also frequently misidentifies calls, particularly because the identities are crowdsourced, and people don't know what they're talking about most of the time when it comes to the evaluation of a call. I've seen legitimate customer support lines called spam. Multiple times. I gave this a good run Dash 304 years on two phones, and it's very clear that they've lost sight of the fact that this is about phone calls, what should be simple. Adding 5 to 10 more clicks before you can make one - that's a non-starter.

Summary: Not great so far. Autobots for customer service may save you money in the short term but I wonder how many paying customers have been driven away by your autobot.

Positive: They have a great looking system but I am trying to purchase it and find out if it works with computer phones as our team does not have cell phones. Would likely purchase if I could get a human but customer service is all autobots.

Negative: I have been trying to contact them for almost 2 weeks. Sent email after email and cannot get a human to reply. I keep getting robo emails that have nothing to do with the questions I asked. Clearly not a human reading it. Tried the chat and same issue. They have NO customer service period. Still trying as the services look good and I would like to buy but cannot access their ticket system (There is a glitch) and cannot get them to answer any real questions.

Summary: My experience with Truecaller has been incredibly disappointing and concerning. Their customer support team deliberately evaded my questions, and when I persisted, they abruptly stopped responding altogether. This behavior is deeply troubling and shows a blatant disregard for user concerns and transparency.

Given these serious privacy issues and the lack of accountability, I strongly advise against downloading or using Truecaller. Protect your privacy and steer clear of this app. There are better, more trustworthy alternatives out there.
