    Summary: Fantastic product overall with an even better support and post-sales care service. Would highly recommend it!

    Positive: Incredibly support and very complete functionality list and granularity of customisation abilities. Very little you can't do with it.

    Negative: Takes a bit of time to understand the depth of the system and set things up, but the support from Tridens on this topic makes it easy!

    A Flexible EV Charging Solution

    Summary: The solution comes with a white-label mobile app out-of-the-box, along with a starter environment already configured, which enables an EV Charging service provider to launch the solution very quickly, then configure new pricing options on the fly.

    Positive: Tridens EV Charge makes it easy to connect new charging stations and supports OCPP 1.6J out of the box. The rating/billing component is very flexible and allows configuration of multiple plans with different pricing options.

    Negative: There is a slight learning curve when configuring complex tariffs, but the workshops Tridens prepared for us helped a lot.
