    Summary: As an administrator in our department, I am extremely pleased with this product and the customer service. We truly feel as if we are treated like a big department even though we are relatively small.
    I highly recommend PhaRmLogs to any department looking for a solution that just works.

    Positive: We love how simple the layout is. We log in and it shows a simple menu, then we select daily drug counts or daily vehicle check or ems check.

    If we needed a change, they changed it within hours.

    The reports show the status of all our drugs, engines.

    Negative: I don't have any real dislikes about this system. It really is an excellent solution.

    Pharmlogs narcotics tracking

    Summary: We have been really impressed with Pharmlogs. It's a smaller company that has delivered a great program with excellent support.

    Positive: It's completely web based and inexpensive.
    Pharmlogs did all of the setup.
    Easy to use
    Notification system to remind users to sign at shift exchange.
    Service is phenomenal
    They do customized forms for us too.

    Negative: It's a website so the coverage for using it is "spotty" at times when out in the rural areas.
