Summary: I'm satisfied with the interface and the service given. They offered best value of our money and very reliable for group or company paid travels.

Positive: Easier navigation and cheapest offer. They have varieties of selection and the interface is user friendly.

Negative: The email process if you travel and paid by the company.

Summary: For a small company like us (less than 10 employees) it is utterly important to make travel planning and booking efficient. We do not have admin staff to handle that. TravelPerk works great for us. When there was an issue with checking in at the hotel, TravelPerk provided the information (proof of prepayment) instantly to the traveller.

Positive: Before TravelPerk we were using different services for travel and accommodation. This was labour intensive, created tons of invoices and also made it hard to make everything available for the actual traveller. With TravelPerk all this is resolved, allowing us to plan and book everything in one place. Also, when checking alternatives, the prices are very good!

Negative: The only problem was that at one point the hotel was prepaid from TravelPerk, but at checkin they told the traveller that a virtual credit card was used which they wouldn't accept. It was eventually resolved. I did some digging and found out that TravelPerk used Amadeus, which actually encourages that the agent uses virtual credit cards to prepay, so TravelPerk is not to blame. They also took care of the matter immediately.

Summary: I think TravelPerk is an excellent tool that simplifies what could be a difficult and complex process.

Positive: The ease of use and convenience of TravelPerk streamlines my travel requests and approval process. This is a huge time saver! I am able to find the best bookings, choose the best seats, and complete the approval process in a few clicks.

Negative: There isn't much i can say that is negative about TravelPerk as I really haven't run into any issues.

Summary: The idea is just brilliant - managing all my flights, trains, stays on one platform that directly connects with my business calendar and company admins is so smooth! I travel a lot for work and can’t think of a better parter for doing so. The best part is the customer service - you feel you have a PA working for you! Any changes / questions / problems you have they are always there and incredibly friendly and resolutive. Thanks TK!

Negative: Can’t genuinely think of any! I had the best experience so far.

Summary: Entire experience was just fantastic. Would recommend giving it a shot and just relax and see the process flow through.

Positive: Was able to provide them with the information and received bunch of options to choose from. Entire process was smooth and reliable as i don't have to stress about booking and finding the hotels, and flights.

Negative: Little bit when it comes to plan for a family with children. Had to reach out to the agents to take care of the bookings for the family.

Summary: Everything was perfect, i got all i needed and the information i needed. Fast and easy to use and download everything.

Positive: Communication, emails, pricing and easy to work for big groups and even organize esports events. TravelPerk makes it easier.

Negative: Probably the interface could be better but otherwise pretty decent.

Summary: I recommend it to everyone, it's really easy to use, I love the site design and the company I have flyed!

Positive: I don't have any problems using it, everything goes perfectly! I would use it again later on my next trip!

Negative: Nothing, the site is very nice and everything can be found quick.

Summary: With their help customer support reduced the stress of planning and last-minute panic changes. Very easy to plan, add things to trips, and change. The information is clear and help is always available.

Positive: All my questions and changing needs were listened to and amended quickly and professionally. Little hiccups were very quickly solved. There was always someone to help with any little thing.

Negative: Little hiccups were very quickly amended. If there was a mistake with the booking the problem was quickly resolved.

Summary: Great experience booking flights and hotels. The user interface is clear and intuitive, so you don't need a guide to use it for the first time.

Positive: - It is very easy to use it, forms are clear
- Having the company payment option already available for users makes trip planning quick and painless.
- Choosing hotels from maps helps to take distances into account

Negative: Some carrier companies may have more complex options than the ones available.

Summary: TravelPerk has been amazing! Not only do they have awesome prices, they are there for every customer! When I had an issue with my flight details, TravelPerk came to the rescue. They helped me sort out the issue and provided the ease , support, and affordability I truly needed!

Positive: I love how comfortable I got when using TravelPerk. It was easy to navigate the system and I loved the layout. I obviously appreciated the way things were priced, which was incredibly affordable. TravelPerk made my trip happen without breaking the bank and providing me the support and reminders I needed before travelling to my destination! I will definitely be expanding my free trial!

Negative: I felt that TravelPerk was out of the loop sometimes - I enjoy frequent updates (maybe not on the status of my flight, but to hear from them in general), and I felt, at times, they were absent in that way.

Summary: My overall experience was wonderful. The UI of the site is very interactive and absolutely easy to navigate through.

Positive: Very easy to navigate.
Got my tickets in real time.
Received reminder mails.
Simple and beautiful User interface.
You can save you booking progress and continue later.

Negative: Their is nothing I can think about my process of using it was smooth.

Summary: I would definitely recommend TravelPerk. I'm using it frequently (at least once a week). Customer Service is easy to reach and the answering time is fast.

Positive: Very fast.

Negative: Sometimes the confirmation of a booking takes a bit long.

Summary: TravelPerk makes it easy to book flights and accommodation by clearly stating conditions of carriage, airline/hotel names, price (including additional costs) etc. They are fast in confirming reservations and passing on requests to service providers. Overall it seems like an excellent solution for work-related travel.

Positive: - Good filters

- Clean interface
- Elaborate emails and instructions

Negative: Sometimes luggage allowance is stated incorrectly for US airlines, e.g. a reservation says that 1 carry-on and 1 personal item are included whereas only the personal item is allowed with no carry-on.

Summary: Great experience, great customer support (from user perspective), great User interface; I would appreciate if some functions from the browser could be integrated in the app version, too.

Positive: Finally a business booking provider that finds the best connections, offers fair pricing and has a seamless integration with the major airlines.
I wish I could also book my private trips through that software.
If you need help on your booking (changes, cancellation etc.) the chat function is super handy and you speak to actual people not stupid bots (I love).

Negative: Multi-Stop bookings need to be booked one at a time in the app and some flights are not visible on the app but only in the browser version.

Summary: Beginning a new job that required me to travel overseas, for multiple weeks, around the holidays….that last thing I needed was more stress or a complicated travel booking site.
TravelPerk was an ideal solution and travel partner…no issues, easy to navigate, great options, zero problems.

Positive: Easy to Use; intuitive Prompts, Zero Surprises.
The options on the site were plentiful with various pricing options.

Negative: N/A. I’ve not discovered or experienced anything I didn’t like.
