Positive: I had a really positive experience using TFY. The platform was simple and easy to understand, which made onboarding and day-to-day use stress-free. The fact that the platform supports crypto payments also is an obvious standout.
The service was exceptional, never felt like just another number. The team took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and genuinely treated me like a valued client. Overall, the service felt personal, transparent, and reliable.

Negative: There is nothing really I can say here apart from minor UX enhancements which comes in time with any product.

For organizations managing employees or contractors in other countries, it offers a more efficient alternative to traditional bank transfers, especially from an operational payroll perspective.

Positive: We use Transformify primarily to process payouts for contractors outside the Philippines, and it has made cross-border payments significantly easier for our payroll operations. Instead of managing multiple bank transfers and country-specific payment arrangements, we are able to process disbursements in a more streamlined and controlled way through a single platform.

The biggest advantage for us is the simplicity. It reduces administrative effort, improves visibility of transactions, and helps ensure payments are completed without the usual complexity that comes with international transfers. Compared to manual banking processes, this is far more efficient and easier to manage for a payroll team handling global payments.

Support has also been very responsive whenever needed, which adds confidence when managing time-sensitive payroll disbursements.

Negative: We mainly use Transformify for payouts and have not yet explored many of its other features, so our experience is focused on payment processing. Because of this, we have not encountered major issues, but there may be additional functionalities we have not maximized yet.
