    Summary: Integration process in super fast and tech support is very helpful. Further taxation process is completely automated. Provisions are very transparent and pricing is easy to understand. Overall I can recommend using Transaction Cloud if you want to expand your business to worldwide in easy way.

    Summary: Overall I find their platform very reliable, user friendly and easy to integrate and maintain. Their customer support and tech support is also very responsive. They seem to strive harder as compared to their other competitors. The conversion rate was very good with their platform.

    Summary: Overall really solid customer support with blue prints on how to quickly integrate. It saved our team quite a bit of time in developing our own subscription management and invoicing system. Also, we didn't have to rely on other expensive solutions for sales tax / VAT calculation, collection and filing. Their support for ApplePay and GooglePay for subscriptions helped in maximizing our conversion rate. Overall quite transparent and lower pricing than the big companies. Seems like them being a newer company they save on cost and pass savings to their vendors.

    Positive: Integration was a piece of cake as there were no web hooks to configure. With a simple plugin code on pricing page, api call in customers account page and configuration of products on Transaction Cloud's app, we were ready for testing. Testing was quick and easy, we followed the blueprints provided by Transaction Cloud's tech support team and we were ready to go live within a week. They being a smaller company as compared to others can afford to give a better price and they are also highly customer focused as compared to bigger companies.

    Negative: The conversion rate with their hosted payment page was higher than the other option I was using but I wish it was configurable with regards to color as I think that would increase the conversion rate even more.
    The Transaction Cloud platform is especially developed for selling SaaS and digital products. It doesn't support any tangible products that are shipped to customers.
