    Summary: Great tools to use 9/10. I will recommend the same and use if i have the possibility to decide of the CRM, without hesitation TrakIT is a must.

    Positive: TrakIT is very easy to use, I have been using in the different company in which i worked and the fact that it enables the users to be at the same level of info is great.

    Negative: I am sure the design can be more interactive - and attractive.
    The language features should be updated as there are many French speaking users.

    Summary: Very good experience so far. I was able to work with the TrakIT team on several update projects for the activities of R Logistic Group and everything went well.

    Positive: It is intuitive, user-friendly and above all easy to use. Constant updating to adapt to the needs of users and that of the evolution of the Logistics business.
    I really like the traceability side of the actions performed by the users because as system admin for the group, with several dozen people working simultaneously, it is important to know who is doing what and when to control things.

    Negative: Nothing at all 😄 I like almost everything about this system.
