Summary: Pleasant and happy to see that there are plenty of guides and resources available!

Another surprising fact is that they keep updating their platform every month with new features! I'm getting way more than what I paid for.

Positive: Comprehensiveness - to put it in one word. It has everything I need and more. Planning, replay/simulation, customizable widgets (a huge plus), a really good support team available in a flash!

For the price I paid, I can't believe this level of quality and care for the customer. Very happy with all aspects of the service and product!

Negative: None. Absolutely none at all in my opinion. If anyone is serious about trading, ignore ALL other journals that are over-hyped and does not work. TradesViz is all you need.

Summary: In last few months of usage, this has helped me log all of my info from notes, tags, images and more and get stats of all of it with very little effort from my side.

what you see is what you get on TradesViz. 100% of advertised features work as expected. There are 100+ blog posts !!! I've barely read a few of them. Meanwhile, competitors have zero. this alone says enough about TradesViz as a company that cares about quality of the features. I will continue to use TradesViz!

Positive: + Customer support was great
+ Features are plentiful for my uses (stock and futures)
+ built-in charting features and backtester (which I was paying $50+/mo else where - but now I'm only using TradesViz)
+ support for all my brokers
+ customizable ui

Negative: - Could have more videos on features
- even automated product walkthrough or guides will help speed up the learning process, but not a big problem as I was able to get up to speed with the help of the support via chat

Summary: 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Value for the $ is unmatched. Ditched my sheets/excel for this within a few weeks of using it.

Positive: The platform is constantly evolving and adding features which to me is value for my money. I mostly trade futures and options and new AI features have been very useful for me in mostly cutting down the time I need to search for the stats I need.

Importing have been seamless - no issues there. Fortunately, my brokers support APIs so they have integration with them.

Support has been excellent and is always on - even on weekends (surprisingly!)

Negative: N/A

but if I were to really think - it would be first day I started using the platform where I was a bit overwhelmed. But I slowly started to realize that this is what I really need in my trading.

Summary: For the price I paid? This is unbelievable value. I've been using for almost a year now and will keep continuing my subscription. The new features they bring to the table each month are worth every penny!

Positive: This is hands down the best trading analytics platform I've come across. I've tried every other journal and TradesViz absolutely trashes them all in features and useful insights.

AI query is ALL I use these days. I started off with creating custom dashboards and now it's filled with widgets that are super-specific to my trading strategies.

Negative: There is a little bit of a learning curve. Took me a few days to completely get used the platform, but the support they have is superb and pretty much took care of all my queries really well!

Summary: It didn't work for me. I would never again give these guys my money. The marketing is more hype than truth.

Positive: It didn't work for me. The trial period should be longer. Why would you limit to 7 days unless you were afraid that it would expose issues???

Negative: Not at all true. Their integration with SSE was not at all seamless. I paid for a full year and stopped using after 3 mos. Also had issue with ToS integration with easy spreads.
Their tech service is marginal and PK is a bit of a jerk when the questions get tough.
