    There isn't a better call platform out there....

    Summary: Our experience with TD has been great. I'm extremely happy with TD as a whole. I cannot stress to you how good it feels to not have to worry about the pitfalls of other systems. If you value working on a stable platform with the ability to pretty much do anything and with automation, TD is the answer for you. For us, working with TD is a no brainer.

    Positive: It's loaded with features, tools, and automation to help you run your business effortlessly. All of this while giving you full peace of mind.
    TD's support team is awesome! They're always there to help if you need it.
    TD is very cost effective compared to others. Saving money is always a plus in my book!
    Phone issues are very rare with TD. The system is up 99.99999% of the time.
    You can purchase Pristine numbers thru TD.
    You can get a free trial, just ask the agent you speak with.

    Negative: TD needs a better UI.
    TD lacks a mobile version or an app.

    Most Sophisticated Call Tracking Platform with Amazing Support

    Summary: Excellent call tracking platform. It's actually way more than a call-tracking platform. You can run a full-blown call center with TrackDrive and you can do all kinds of automation like lead-to-call automation but I am not using those features currently. I especially like that I can decide to enable DNC checking and then every incoming call is automatically checked against the federal DNC. That feature alone saves up to USD 20k per year.

    Positive: If I can't easily find it I ask TrackDrive support and they'll do it for me. All call-tracking platforms have a learning curve. They gave me a dedicated support group with 12 engineers and coders right from the start. For the most part, everything runs smoothly but if I have a question there is always somebody who shows me how to do it with detailed screenshots.

    Negative: When working on my smaller Macbook Air the UI is not perfect without a mouse and on my iPhone, it does not remember the login information from session to session. They are currently working on updating the UI though.

    Amazing tool if you're not lazy (most ppl) to learn all the capabilities

    Summary: Amazing software and good rates. We use it every singe day. We have not found a better alternative yet.

    Positive: The features are amazing. The amount of things we have TrackDrive doing for our business right now with the calling, schedules, SMS, Webhooks, and dialing beats all the others we tried and still use in slammer capacity (Ringba, Retreaver).

    Negative: Takes a bit more time to learn how to use.
