Tracewell Reviews

Tracewell Description

Tracewell serves as a comprehensive workspace for healthcare data governance, enabling teams to manage their data assets, policies, access requests, and compliance efforts efficiently. It features essential tools such as a data dictionary, lineage mapping, policy approval workflows, an audit trail, review reminders, compliance scorecards, and a risk register complete with heat maps. Users can easily import records using CSV files and invite team members to join the organization, designating them as either administrators or members as needed. The platform facilitates compliance tracking by covering 28 HIPAA/HITECH controls and allows for organization-wide configuration. Tailored for healthcare providers, medical groups, and health technology organizations, Tracewell streamlines the coordination of privacy, data management, and compliance duties. Its features empower teams to document data effectively, assign ownership, review policies, manage access requests, and monitor potential risks within a unified workspace. Furthermore, the subscription model is based on the organization as a whole, rather than charging on a per-seat basis, making it a scalable solution for diverse healthcare entities. This approach not only enhances teamwork but also supports regulatory adherence across multiple stakeholders.
