Export your SMS, WhatsApp, and iMessage conversations onto your Mac or PC. You can export conversations as text, HTML, or PDF. You can print the entire conversation or filter to save or print only selected messages. All attached media, such as pictures, are also saved! Copy your music to your Mac or PC from your iPod or iOS device. You can also transfer your music, playlists, and video directly to iTunes. This includes all your song data, ratings, play counts, album art, and song data. TouchCopy allows you to access your file storage on your iPhone or iPad. This allows you to use your device's file storage as a portable storage, where files and folders can easily be copied, copied, or deleted.

    I use TouchCopy regularly for a backup of my devices, great app

    Summary: For me TouchCopy has always been simple to use and it works well. When I needed help, the support staff has got me going quickly. I’m grateful for their help over the years and I can highly recommend TouchCopy and the company.

    Positive: I've been using TouchCopy for a long time, starting with an iPod classic and progressing through various iPhones, from the iPhone 4 to the my current iPhone 13 Pro. I rely heavily on my devices for work and personal life.
    I use TouchCopy quite regularly for a backup of my devices, I find it more reliable than iCloud backups. Also, I’m happier having a backup on my computer rather than in the cloud.

    Negative: I have had a few issues with my activation code locking out, guess it must be a security feature. I have found the Wide Angle Software customer service team helpful in resolving this.

    Just doesn't work!

    Summary: I think the above explains it all. I have wasted over an hour on this for nothing. This is a 0 out of 10 experience. I'm not sure why you want me to type more.

    Positive: Nothing! it did not work. How can I give any pros if it didn't work. I didn't even get to try it because it crashed i-tunes which was required to find my phone.

    Negative: Every time it tried to find iTunes which was open and running, i-tunes crashed. Restarted computer, iPhone, reinstalled the program. Nothing. Epic fail. I was hoping for a fix for this. Disappointing.

    Hi, we suspect the issue is with your iTunes installation as your problem seems to be with iTunes rather than with TouchCopy. TouchCopy will not be starting iTunes unless you selected to copy your music to iTunes. Might be worth reinstalling iTunes.
