ToolBox Description
ToolBox's Folding macro was developed by experts with decades of brake press experience. The setup time is dependent on the length of the fold, the number and weight of the parts, as well as the number and number of people who will be handling the part. The cycle time, setup time and price are all included in the calculated outputs. These can be adjusted in two settings. These settings can be combined into two percentage settings to make it easy. The setup time for bending can be increased or decreased by increasing (or decreasing!) the setup override percentage. This is the time it takes to bend any amount. This is the time required to bend more parts. Therefore, per-part fees for lower quantities of bending will be higher and per-part costs for greater quantities of bending will be higher. ToolBox automatically places fold lines onto the correct layers after you upload the drawing through the 3D module. It also populates the fold lengths and amounts and creates a flat DXF.
