Positive: I really enjoy using the Tookan platform because it is fully customizable and it is able to be to be white-labeled.

Negative: Time capture features doesn’t meet my current needs.

Summary: For my part, they only need to improve the number of months in which the tickets can be extracted, there is information from more than a year that is not necessary and we cannot extract it.

Positive: It is easy to use, has very useful location and tracking plugins, accessible on cell phones and computers.

Negative: After a certain number of months the information cannot be extracted from the tickets.

Summary: Ultimately it is an easy to use and very intuitive service. Great for the delivery industry. Recommended.

Negative: Can improve the graphics of maps. Sometimes it takes a long time to update the map.
