    Best NEMT Software for Dispatching and Scheduling Need

    Summary: We signed up for a demo through their website. I met with a great sales representative who asked all the right questions. After that, we went directly for a monthly subscription just in case it didn’t work out for us. It took us about a week to get started. We have also reached out to their support team to know more about the settings and features, and they helped us in every way possible.

    Positive: Our drivers and vehicles are all visible in real-time. Texts and notifications are sent directly to passengers, with a link that allows them to see the driver on a map...great software!

    Negative: It will take some time to understand all the features of the software fully.

Implementation of Tobi Cloud for our medical transportation operations was very seamless and their support team also helped us in understanding the product better.

    Positive: We love their automated features like claims submission, scheduling, and dispatching. Tobi Cloud user interface is also easy to use and saves lots of time and money.

    Negative: They are not providing a free demo right now other than this no cons.
