Before Tiquo, we were doing a lot of manual work just to make sure payments landed in the right place. Now the system handles the split automatically and produces the correct invoices without us having to think about it. It’s taken a lot of pressure off finance and reduced mistakes.
    We moved to Tiquo mainly because we were tired of juggling different systems that didn’t really talk to each other. It hasn’t magically fixed everything, but having bookings, payments, and customer details in one place has definitely made day to day work calmer. There’s less second guessing and fewer moments where you’re wondering which system is “right”.
