    Summary: We establish our priorities, and it is a good collaboration inside and outside our company, clarity in work monitoring and increased work performance, Timely has provided us with this security when working and a good platform to do it. We have greater security about what we are doing, we can evaluate the performance of each member of the team and determine what we can be doing well and what not so much to seek to improve it, find edges in our work system and look for the most accessible alternatives to change things. and diversify our work to take what we do every day to the next level. With our clients we have also achieved a great agreement and clarity about what we do, where we propose work times, adjust each task, and dedicate ourselves to offering the best possible time so that everything is ready on time. Timely has given us transparency in work performance records and has solved very complicated bottlenecks, where the solution was much easier than we expected.

    Positive: Timely provides us with more than a space on a platform, clarity of labor management with our clients, as well as within our company. Timely allows us to monitor work performance during the performance of tasks, make a fixed follow-up and evaluate the time dedicated to certain projects, this gives us the quality of being able to offer our clients honesty when working, where it is possible to supervise everything, we are doing, automated time registration, online time tracking, cuts and continuation, as well as evaluating the percentage of progress in whatever we are doing. On the other hand, within our company it is possible to evaluate the work performance of each team member, with Timely we evaluate the status of each employee and allow us to automatically record all their times to have an overview of performance. The reports are part of everything good that it offers, they are quite detailed, and it gives us the option to customize it as required. Mobile access is one of the most significant qualities for us, being able to establish our connection from wherever we can work is a plus in our work and constant progression.

    Negative: I think that within all Timely has performed very well, its usefulness and functionality has been representatively good, although we face limitations when planning a project, it asks us for the start and end date just when we are starting, many times we need to edit the completion date because unforeseen events arise and it does not give us flexibility when doing so, we must create a new project which we believe is unnecessary when we only need a quick date edition. The rest has some errors that are quickly resolved, such as memory confusion when creating automatic time entries or categorizing repeated tasks in the timeline when we do not want it that way, even when this happens, it is easy to solve it besides customer support has a window always open to help us solve all our doubts and problems.
