    Summary: It's ok. It does most of my work but it is expensive and the help feature is terrible.

    Positive: It is a comprehensive system. I have found it to be fairly easy to use.

    Negative: The help feature. It is very vague and doesn't address the details, which are the most important aspects of the system. It forces me to go to chat, which is inefficient and then have to request a chat, which takes forever.
