Scan-X®, a powerful yet easy-to use surface profiling software, allows users to visualize surfaces and take measurements. Scan-X analyzes the laser scan data and produces a high resolution, two-dimensional or three-dimensional raster. Scan-X can be used offline to evaluate laser scan data imported from external sources such as a video measurement system. Scan-X comes with adjustable cursors to make quick and easy measurements. Users can archive measurements and use playback mode to perform automatic inspections. Calibration Control (CC), is used for maintenance, calibration, and general asset management. You can quickly and visually track equipment that needs calibration or maintenance using customizable highlighted grids or auto emails. Audit trails are maintained to track equipment traceability, people and companies, as well as attachments, certificates, and other information. Automate calibration control with custom or default barcode labels scannable by time-saver dialogs to increase speed. You can create custom reports or modify existing ones using the Report Designer. CC is used by ISO, FDA, and ANSI quality systems to maintain compliance and communicate that compliance to auditors or internal customers. Although CC was developed in a manufacturing environment, it can also be used in other industries such as Metrology Services, Health Care, Aviation/Aerospace, Mining, Testing, Maintenance, Designer Engineering, Oil Wells, Distribution, Packaging, among others.
