Positive: I helped one of my clients find a better practice management system last month, and Theralytics has been exactly what they needed. The admin features are straightforward and practical - everything from storing documents to running payroll reports just works the way it should.
What really made the difference was how helpful the Theralytics team was during setup. They were there every step of the way, making sure we had all the information we needed to get everything running smoothly. My client's staff picked it up quickly, and they've been really happy with how intuitive everything is.Negative: I can't think of any at this time. Summary: Theralytics is a stable, user-friendly system that my staff uses every day. Regular updates keep the system competitive, and there are opportunities for companies to participate, such as trying out different features. We will definitely continue using Theralytics for our daily needs.
Positive: 1. Billing: Our billing team from Theralytics are constantly communicating in regards to claims, authorizations, denials, etc. They're up to date on the latest news and do a great job ensuring we're billing appropriately and ethically.
2. Service: there is a customer service team that is available to us (not just myself but my entire team). We've had the team answer questions during off-hours. This is the difference between solving a solution or circling from problem to problem.
3. Up-Time: there have only been less than 3 instances of the system being down during work hours.Negative: When we initially began using Theralytics, we spent time customizing and organizing the system to meet our specific needs. As a growing company, we found that there were numerous options available, so it took some time to tailor the system to our exact roles.
