Summary: It strikes me as kind of odd to be raving about a merchant processing company, but TCA is amazing! Can't say enough good things about them.

Positive: They are transparent and honest with their services. They keep us up to date on the latest fraud protection and security measures.

Negative: None. They are good and the services are good since the beginning.

Summary: TCA gives other processors a true run for their money. The hands on feel really can't be beat or experienced anywhere else. 5 stars all around.

Positive: They are available absolutely anytime you need them, their rates are competitive and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and honest which is hard to come across today.

Negative: I honestly can't think of anything. It's been fantastic since the start.

Positive: Every call I have made has been handled with professionalism and concern for my issues. They make sure everything is working alright.

Negative: Nothing to change. They spend a huge amount of time working with me and resolving all of my issues.

Summary: I get calls for other credit card processing companies to switch every week and I just tell them "I'm with FAMILY" because I feel like I am. Highly recommend!

Positive: They're so responsive and answer my calls WITH A HUMAN every time I call. I also get regular emails from my rep checking in on my service.

Negative: None. I have been with The card for over a year and would never change companies.

Summary: I know that they are always looking out for my company's best interest and bottom line. Highly recommended!

Positive: They are passionate about their clients and have the highest level of integrity. They are quick to answer all of my questions and are always available should anything go wrong!

Negative: Could not think of anything. I wouldn't use any other card processing company!

Summary: I have referred TCA to many of my customers. They've been great to work with and I highly recommend their services.

Positive: I do digital marketing and I needed some help with some e-commerce sites that utilize payment gateways with integrated payment processing, as well as credit card processing for my customers.

Negative: The experience is already perfect. Can't think of any cons.

Summary: They followed up with me multiple times and has gone above and beyond in customer service. Also love the fact that if there’s ever a problem or a question, you can reach a live rep 24/7.

Positive: As owner of a new auto shop business, I really appreciate that The Card made a thorough assessment of my business and understood this industry and my needs.

Negative: None. They were very helpful, they only recommended solutions which made sense from a business and budget perspective.

Summary: They work hard to get out a low card processing fee for business owners and work with a lot of small businesses. 10/10 would recommend. God Bless them.

Positive: They are prompt via text or call and are always on top of any issues. They fixed a tip mistake on a dozen transactions within 24 hours when we were first figuring out the system.

Negative: No Cons. They're honestly unbeatable in terms of value at any stage your business is at.

Summary: Recently began using TCA after changing from a different merchant services provider and I am really glad we made the shift!.

Positive: Their invoices are easy to read and straight-forward, they're getting me top-tier rates on my transactions, and I have never received the level of security and PCI compliance assistance that I receive from them from any other provider.

Negative: Can't think of any cons, really. The level of customer service they provide has been incredible!

Positive: Support staff is always helpful with general questions on payments. The portal software is easy to access reporting which is a plus!

Negative: No concerns so far everything has been great as promised.

Positive: User friendly payment portal showing sales and fees without any trouble. Customer service is always friendly and answers my questions in a timely manner.

Negative: No issues yet support has been very helpful when needed

Summary: Great overall experience. Payment portal is easy to navigate and manage. Support is always responsive if I have any questions.

Positive: Easy to use, affordable payment software. The service reps are always very knowledgeable and friendly. Much better then our prior software with support.

Negative: No complaints so far. I had an issue with receipt printing and support was able to walk me through fixing my setup.
