Summary: TestOut is probably one of the best programs to learn IT compared to other ones like ITPro TV which isn't bad but TestOut's labs just blow any other programs out of the water.

Positive: - Labs are the best I have ever used
- The videos are nice and entertaining
- They have the same usual teachers, so you can connect more to your favorite one.

Negative: The only thing I didn't like was the pricing, which was too high for my liking.

Summary: It made me push myself to study more and the content I learned has made me improve tremendously at work.

Positive: I like the simulation lab. It’s what I have been looking for practice. It’s just an excellent study materials.

Negative: In terms of the pricing. But it’s still worth it.

Summary: Very good, I especially like the the videos that walk me through the lessons. I do enjoy the shorter videos under 6 minutes.

Positive: The videos are a great tool for better understanding of systems. As my position requires me to hold many hats, having programs that show all aspects of the jobs makes finding solutions easier.
It is a great tool for refreshing and learning especially when you are confronted with problems you haven't seen before.
I will be concentrating on specific areas in my down time so as to achieve certifications.

Negative: I best learn when I have answers before me.
For me have a step by step guide before I start the labs is by far the best learning tool for me.
Once I have those skills mastered I can be tested blindly with labs that are similar.

Summary: Excellent course for people who need a refresher in IT, or want to get into IT. I've learned so much in these courses.

Positive: I have some knowledge of computers. This course is easy to follow and understandable. Great course for beginners like myself.

Negative: I do not have any complaints about the courses, but do wish there is an app for mobile devices so you can learn on the go.

Summary: Very versatile in training! Easy to understand and makes sense to anyone who listens! refines common knowledge and adds new information along with it!

Positive: Easy and understandable courses with a great hands on lab! Really refined my sense of software and hardware of computer systems!

Negative: To be honest i couldn't find any type of cons with this course!

Positive: I am just stopping by to write a quick review regarding the TestOut simulation platform that prepares you to get CompTIA IT certified. The platform is simply amazing very user-friendly as well as very interactive and intuitive! Keeps the user engaged and wanting to move to the next modules. I have truly never seen a product such as this it's virtual lab simulation at its finest! I highly recommend this product to anyone interested in passing their CompTIA IT Certifications.

Negative: Nothing bad to say about this product. I would strongly recommend it!

Summary: Overall TestOut completely prepares you for bigger tests like CompTIA or MTAs and real life application of the material. I completed the PC Pro course in high school and landed an IT job with my school afterwards. While working there I never had the issue of not knowing what to do next to help a customer.

Positive: A few things I like: The courses are packed with great information like; vocabulary, history (if needed), simulations, and quizzes (that you can retake). When you take a course you’ll never feel like you didn’t get your money’s worth or that you’re not prepared for the final test.

Negative: Some things that could be improved: for my course (IT Fundamentals) the information on basic components and peripherals isn’t “outdated”, however to a computer nerd seeing the older models of keyboards, mice, printers, etc. is kind of boring. I know I wouldn’t be working with those models and the course would feel better with a modern remake.

Summary: My experience with this software has been very good. I have used this from school and for personal use.

Positive: I have used TestOut to prepare for a couple Comptia Certifications, One Microsoft cert and one CCNA cert and have passed. The labs are very good and better than other websites. Now I'm using this to get some cyber security certifications.

Negative: Everything is good with this product I have no cons.
