    Finally a portal system that works!

    Summary: Amazing experience. From the initial quote, to the guided step, everything was extremely pleasant. Everyone we have interacted with at the company has been well spoken, polite and not pushy in making a sale.

    The software delivers as promised and we are excited to implement our vendor onboarding portal from them as soon as possible.

    Positive: Speed of Deployment. We were able to deploy our customer portal in 1 day, altering their supplied template. Connected to our ERP in seconds. This helped us reduced customer order and shipping inquiries tremendously.

    Negative: Not really too many cons at all. They are a newer company so some automation features are not fully implemented as of yet, but their team does in fact take feedback seriously. We have already submitted some "wants and needs" and were very surprised that the next day it was implemented!
