Negative: Not really popular yet. Many people still use WhatsApp only (mistake).

Positive: - It is a feature-packed messaging application for both pc and smartphones.
- Telegram allows the user to create groups with up to 200,000 members.
- Bots can be deployed by the group admin to automate tasks within groups.
- It has a global search to search anything across the telegram platform.
- It is a security-oriented messaging application that allows its users to stay anonymous in groups or from other users on the platform.

Negative: - It is a bit overwhelming to use initially because of the number of features available.

Summary: Overall Telegram is a revolutionary application for chatting securely and masking new friends and colleagues.
Should definitely focus on making its Interface more attractive to get it more popular.

Positive: Well there are many pros of this application like:
- You can meet people who will change your perspective about life, future business partner, your new friend, etc.
- It provides a very secure chatting process.
- You can hide your profile and you can create your own group or super group.
- Telegram has more features than other messenger applications.
- Telegram can work on several devices at the same time and you can transfer files from one device to another as well.

Negative: There are a few cons of this application as well:
- Telegram is not an easy platform, subscribers can leave your channel or group as quickly as they come because of the vast platform it provides to others as well.
- Your Telegram can be flooded with messages most of the time.
- Should focus on the appearance of this platform, this is a very bad thing about this application that it does not have an attractive interface which can be a very huge problem for its popularity among people.

Summary: I have always found WhatsApp to be limiting in several ways. Telegram has solved a lot of those issues.

Positive: - The best pro for me is the independent phone and desktop apps. This prevents the annoying delays and connectivity errors that we face in WhatsApp.
- The self destructing secret chat is also an interesting feature.

Negative: There is nothing much not to like about telegram except the fact that not enough people are on it at the moment.

Summary: I think WhatsApp has several minor issues that annoy us from time to time. Telegram is a good upgrade for the same.

Positive: - Telegram has at least one small improvement over every little feature that WhatsApp has. Its desktop app also works independently of the phone!

Negative: - The only problem with Telegram is that the rest of the world is on WhatsApp.

Positive: UI feels lightweight and non cumbersome.

Has dark mode even on the desktop client.

Negative: Needs to have video calling feature, instead of people nearby.
Doesn't work on Jailbroken devices.

Summary: I have been using Telegram for almost 4 years now. There are a lot of channels which provide a lot of information for free. One can get a lot of information on public exams, news, articles, and a lot of guidance for many other useful things.

On the negative side Telegram holds a lot of pirated content. There is no moderation on the content that is being held on telegram. I have also seen some fraudulent activities taking place in Telegram. It would be great to see some sort of rules and regulations in place.

Positive: (+) Easy to use and the interface is quite user friendly.
(+) Channel option, one can add unlimited number of people to a channel.
(+) Different media type files can be shared, large files can also be shared.
(+) Free of cost.

Negative: (-) The interface looks a bit old, can be modernized.
(-) Notification if someone from my contact list joined on telegram.
(-) A lot of spam and fake content.
(-) Holds a lot of pirated books and movies.

Summary: Telegram is one of the most complete and secure messaging app. Despite facing tough competition, it is popular as a messaging app for any confidential communication.

Summary: Telegram is modern way of messaging which gives me ability to send any size and types of media and files. It supports many bot commands which makes my channel innovative. Messages are very secure thanks to its encryptions engine.

Positive: Telegram lets me send any type of media and files. App available on mobile and laptop so no compatibility problem. Telegram has many bot command features to makes messaging very handy. It has an appealing user interface.

Negative: Telegram doesn't support video calling feature which is its drawback.

Summary: The application is best if you want to be a part of large group where people share useful material and messages with each other. For short and quick conversations WhatsApp is still the best option.

Positive: I am using telegram from the last 2 years, It compensates for the shortcomings of WhatsApp. We can add a large number of people in a group which is not possible in other applications. The UI is very simple and easy to understand. The voice calling works perfectly with good voice quality, It works even if the Internet connection is not that strong.

Negative: The security is not that strong with the bots in the market our data can be easily be manipulated. The application does not have a video calling option that needs to be added.

Summary: Overall it's a good tool and works well. It's reliable which is another important aspect of it for me.

Negative: There aren't any cons that i dislike about it so far.

Summary: We have been using telegram since a long time, initially used this as an alternate to google drive mobile to quick send file but have later evolved its usage as a personal assistant for all needs.

A file uploader, a notes taker, a doodler and what not, Telegram is evolving at a rapid phase with many of its new and interesting features.

Positive: 1) Groups don't have limit.
2) Channels are not same as broadcast lists in WhatsApp with no limit.
3) Secure with end to end protection.
4) Bots which refine work and help in super productivity.
5)No limit on file download and upload.
6) You can chat with a person without letting him know your phone number.
7) Media cloud storage.

Negative: Telegram is growing community and evolving at super pace, the spam and other illicit content is increasing too, moderation is good but still feel it needs a better management in terms of keeping the platform clean.

Summary: It's a great app for educational purposes and to store data and to make large groups and channels, but also due to its two-layer and spam-free privacy, many illegal processes take place. It has better privacy as it doesn't share your number with strangers. The groups are spam-free on Telegram.

Positive: Due to the spam-free policy of Telegram, it is widely used for purposes such as trafficking and many more. It is not as popular as WhatsApp due to its marketing. Due to its feature of handling a lot of participants at once, It's widely used for its educational channels. Also, it has a huge cloud storage.

Negative: Telegram is an Indian app. It's similar to WhatsApp, but you can share large files very easily on telegram. You can make large groups and channels on telegram. It's advantageous to share class notes and other educational purposes. It can keep u updated with daily news as there's a lot of good news channels on it. You can download movies, videos and many more things on telegram.
