Summary: As a Scrum Master, I’ve found your tool invaluable for facilitating team discussions. The variety of retrospective templates, to-do dashboard, project health charts, and timeboxing with background music make it a great resource.
The cross-department insights dashboard is also excellent for tracking department health. Anyone who (from executive team to department managers) enjoys coaching their team (either/both for performance or/and development coaching )using data-driven methods will appreciate the reports and insights RetroTeam provides.

Positive: - Handy tool to run retrospective. Support with various retro template
- Excellent set of questions for team health check activity.
- Promptly support/ response from the support team

Negative: I wish for a more flexible option to switch between team-based and participant-based payment plans. As a small organization with fewer than 100 employees, we want to organize multiple teams, but we don't typically have more than 25 participants per team.

Summary: Great overall experience using this product!
We really enjoy the highly customizability of the templates.

Positive: You can decide for every new retrospective and health check that you will start in TeamRetro, whether you want it to be anonymous or not. Doing this occasionally has proven to be very insightful.

Negative: The way we use it , we do not have any cons so far. Keep up the good work TeamRetro!

Summary: Using Team Retro has allowed me to easily manage and allow continuous improvement for each team whilst providing variety and engagement. It creates a safe space to encourage teams to be open and discuss issues with well documented action plans which can be implemented before the next retro.

Positive: *Ease of use and to identify actionable follow-up points
*Choice of formats and the ability to create your own format if required
*Ensure participation and engagement from all team members
*Ability to get a sense of team moral and areas for improvement to monitor and build an actionable plan for improvement with management teams
*Ease to manage teams and keep a tempo of continuity and the next retro you may need to keep evolving and engaging the teams
*Good feedback about variety from the teams

Negative: It is pricey but well balanced of being able to easily manage and keep an individual plan for each team according to their needs. This has helped continuous engagement.

Summary: TeamRetro is a product where every detail is considered. It allows you to enter a retrospective or health check meeting comfortably and be ready for the meeting as a team leader. The product organizes meetings and allows you to follow meeting decisions and feedback. It is a great product that allows us to protect our teamwork, especially when working from home recently.

Negative: If it supports localization for different languages can be better.

Summary: Facilitating a meaningful agile retrospective is challenging as it is, even more, when your teammates are working remotely.
TeamRetro allows me to run an engaging meeting for everyone whether they are remote or co-located, focusing on the actions and conversations instead of technical difficulties.

Positive: It's easy to use and very intuitive for everyone, no matter their previous experience. It just encourages collaboration between people with every feature - from the customizable timer, grouping, voting, and comments. Built-in templates allow me to easily introduce new people to the challenge of facilitation and new retrospective techniques.

Negative: I'd love to see some new options to share and download a summary of finished retrospective, like a jpeg with an overview of the whole brainstorming board

Summary: SO WORTH IT for remote teams and I'd probably keep using it even with in person teams, because the fluidity and the fact that it's digitized to be referred to later, plus the automated reminders...

Positive: Accessible from any device, awesome!
Templates are just the perfect mix, diverse but not too many to send you into choice overload.
Extra clarity in the UIUX.
Trial run with the bot, a few minutes and it's all clear, no need to dive into complex how-to.

Negative: Well, nothing, just add one-two templates that are specifically for planning & maybe planning poker? Integration to the task board in Notion? It's not cons, it's just a couple suggestions I'd like a lot.

Summary: There is no other product on the market that delivers this number of features at this level of quality at this price. It is extremely valuable for a remote teams, but we also found value using it for in person retros for its organization, anonymous capabilities, and reporting.

Positive: - Guided retro experience.
- Anonymous users, topics, and voting.
- Agile on the fly retro configuration.
- Great reporting.
- Also includes a nifty survey module.

Negative: UI can be a bit quirky, but once you get it setup the way you want it, or just use it a couple times it is fluid.

Summary: TeamRetro is the preferred retrospective tool in our company. Engineers like the clean and structured approach it has.

Positive: - A lot of templates for different retrospectives
- Includes a tool for team health check
- Gives a nice summary at the end
- You can schedule recurring retros
- Nice clean and structured UI. Don't need to create stickies on top of stickies as in other tools.

Negative: - Ordering in presentation view could include ordering by topic + person. This way each person could introduce what they added for a specific topic and the move on to another person. Otherwise it's jumping between people or topics.
- The price is a bit steep

Summary: Because of the current situation due to corona we started doing retrospectives remote. As we didn't do that before it was quite challenging for me as scrum master to get the people encouraged. I used teamretro for the first time and I really like this tool.

Positive: It is intuitive, easy to use and helps the team tremendously to perform a constructive remote retrospective. Also the health check fully meets our requirements.

Negative: So far no cons, if any the pricing. There are cheaper options available but with much less functionality and less easy to use.
