Summary: MyClassCampus allows us to monitor all Administration & Learning related communication into one management system quite effectively.
With help of Integrated LMS, Online Classes, Online Exam Management & Material Sharing with students to continue teaching & learning activities in this pandemic.
The customer support is best at all. I would recommend every educational institute to try MyClassCampus.

Positive: I find MyClassCampus is the ideal all in one school management tool. Major benefits of MyClassCampus ERP:

Negative: None yet, but need a bit custom as per school board.

I have used this app for a year, and I found it very useful for my school operations. I can better communicate with parents & fee payment is straightforward.
Attendance in an intelligent way to track all the student's information. Also, there are certificates & report cards on the backend that also works amazing for analytics. Overall an incredible platform for school management!

Positive: I have found that in my preschool, we can easily communicate with parents through notes as well as photos and videos.
MyClassCampus allows me to use all the curriculum & lesson plans to track the entire school diary.
With the help of this intelligent communication bridge, Parents get immediate feedback on their child's day.

Negative: I love the ERP & App. I cannot think of a con at this time.

One of the best features is automated attendance. A teacher doesn’t have to waste time in roll calls.

Also, this platform is secured. It’s teacher controlled and intrusion of people from outside is not possible

Negative: I am not facing any problem with this platform. Only thing which is missing is it’s not on iOS.

Positive: Its free and a simpler solution for teachers to take classes online! It's good that such apps are available for teachers.

Negative: Nope. No cons...only con is this is a new app and needs some improvements.

Negative: Currently only available on Android. Would love the App to be launched on iOS also as some student's parents use IPhone.

Summary: Overall the process of institute like Inquiry Generation, Student Class allocation, Scheduling of Classes, Fees Collection, Stock management, Conveyance management, ID Card preparation, Books management, Cafeteria Management, will be done by single ERP. All old data can be imported by excel to maintain the last year data and updated. Support staff is very good and clear all the issues on time.

Positive: We have introduced ERP as our students bases are of more than 5000 and on daily basis we have to coordinate their attendance, scheduling of class, homework, assessment, id cards making, fees collection etc. My-class is doing good work in managing the same with single point of operation. Its simple interface and connectivity helps the institute to coordinate with each process and manage it effectively.

Negative: Its biometric attendance system works effectively for 1000 students, however for more than that, more devices required. The updating of attendance data will take time in ERP but detection of 1000+ students at Bio metric device take more time.

Summary: It is generally a user friendly system and the customer service representatives are also willing to help us to handle our queries and help us out whenever we need help. It is comprehensive and cost friendly as well

Positive: It is a comprehensive system with everything inside from attendance taking to fee management and even results can be released to students through the My Class Campus application. It is good as we can view all details within one application.

Negative: There is no delete button in some of the features and this is a little inconvenient as we are humans and we sometimes make mistakes. As such, it will be good to have a delete button to delete what we had done wrongly if not we just need to rename what we had done wrongly to NA and this accumulates and piles up to make a redundant list.

Summary: It is a user friendly app. Tracking the students performance, maintaining the various records, sending circulars, reminders to the parents regarding fees payment are very useful.

Positive: Maintaining the daily routine of the school has become easy. The communication with the parents regarding the fees payment, attendance of the child, various circulars has become more convenient. The office work also is made easy like issue of TC, bonafide, etc.

Negative: We did not find any drawbacks as such. It will take time to make the parents to get used to it.

Summary: We recently started & implemented My Class Campus for the Library management. It fulfills all of our requirements as of now.

Positive: Easy to maintained books record. The software is easy to use and easy to track library books i.e issue and dispatch report are easy to maintained.

Negative: Being a new user, especially for Library management, as of now no drawbacks.
