Tandem gives your entire scheduling team the ability enter all events into one master calendar. Your entire staff will now be able to see the events being planned for all your facilities. Tandem will notify you whenever you are about to double-book a facility, team, or group. Tandem will send your events to your employees' online calendars once they are all booked. They can also keep them informed with emails when events change, or are canceled. Tandem will notify you if an event conflicts with another before it is added to your calendar. On room or facility bookings, equipment inventory removals and double booking times for certain groups or teams. Tandem gives your account administrators the ability to "override conflict" and book your event. Tandem allows you to create a step-by-step approval process for your facilities and buildings.
