Taddoo keeps a tattoo studio organised from the first client message to the finished sitting. The mobile app covers daily operations: month, week and day calendars, client profiles, consent forms signed directly on the device and archived as PDFs, automatically generated client receipts, photo-scanned expense documents, newsletters, revenue projections and one-click Excel exports for accounting.

Booking works your way: enter appointments yourself or share a personal booking link where clients choose an open slot and pay a deposit immediately, so the session confirms itself without back and forth. Automatic reminders go out before every appointment.

Inside Gmail, the built-in AI assistant turns unstructured inquiries into structured projects (motif, body placement, size, reference images), writes reply drafts in the artist's own voice, proposes genuinely available time slots, and looks after deposits, consent forms, reminders, aftercare notes and follow-ups.
