T-Max Predictive dialer allows users to reach as many live contacts as they want by dialing up five numbers at once. T-Max Predictive Dialer's automated system allows users to cut down on busy signals, incorrect numbers, or no responses. Instead, they aim to connect all recipients to a live agent at the first contact. Managers can use monitoring to listen and take over calls for QA, or to close the call.

    Summary: The people there are great, friendly and motivated to answer all your concerns. The product is amazing and extremely cost effective.

    Positive: They have a couple product, the voice broadcast is great. It has a pay as you go function that works extremely well for my o􀁷ice, I'm never taken by surprise by a huge4 bill I don't understand. the reporting and functionality gives you a ton of information to streamline your process and make the most out of every minute and dollar.
    The predictive dialer is a per seat cost and extremely efficient. It will allow you to do more work in an hour than you could typically get done in an 8 hour work day.

    Negative: The only con I can think of is the name isn't spoken on the outbound message of the voice broadcast.

    Summary: I signed up for their free trial and it automatically set the whole thing up for me so I immediately logged in and started building a campaign. Once the campaign was built I call T Max and they activated the dialing.

    Positive: The customer service was excellent and made it easy to get started. The software was well designed and in simple to figure out. They just launched a new feature that will display a local caller ID based on the area code you're Calling.

    Negative: I haven't really found anything I disliked. I look forward to working with them for many more years.
