Sync Technologies Description
SyncTech is committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions that enhance business operations, improve productivity, and lower the expenses and time associated with traditional practices in the construction and building insurance sectors. Their digital twin service portal provides a swift and cost-effective method for accessing both internal and external 3D models or digital twins of properties. By utilizing Reality Capture technology, they generate accurate 3D building models through laser scanning and photogrammetry, which accelerates the claims management process for building insurance while minimizing rework, waste, and delays in construction by effectively documenting existing conditions. Additionally, the Field to BIM or Reverse Engineering service involves creating a Revit or CAD model of an existing structure to facilitate milestone tracking in construction projects. This approach allows teams to conduct virtual inspections, identify potential issues, retrofit buildings, and compare them to the original design, ultimately leading to improved project outcomes. With these innovative tools, SyncTech is transforming the way the construction industry operates, paving the way for a more efficient future.

Synctech was the platform used to create digital twins of two of my properties under construction. When my models had expired after a month and I need to get them reinstated, this proved impossible. I tried for nearly 3 months with no success. When I did manage to speak to someone there, they said, yes it is on my list but you're not a priority, we have much bigger clients to worry about.
Would recommend avoiding them at all costs.
