Solid tool with a huge variety of features

    Date: Jun 25 2021

Summary: With increasing number of documents and forms which we have to deal with it makes work with them easy and well organized. The tool provides equal (or even better) functionality compared to other alternatives and has very responsive customer service that helped us during the deployment stage.

Positive: It's very well designed and easy to learn, includes variety of functions and automations that substantially save time working with eDocs and signatures.

Negative: I would love to see more integrations being added in the future.

    Powerful petition drive eSign system

    Date: Jun 23 2021

Summary: Was good. I recommend them. They have a pretty robust system for our needs. Previously our organization would have had to gather signatures outside a grocery store, do direct mail campaigns, etc - working with SwiftCloud for petition management is far, easier, faster, cheaper, and the state governments accept it. Each signature can be audited individually for boundary mapping.

Positive: It’s “set it & forget it” for most eDocs.. Once we set it up, we don’t need to touch it again unless something changes. One other big Docu competitor we had to login, make an envelope and send it every time, now we just send a link and it’s done.

Negative: Their training definitely could be better, but they were super responsive when I reached out to them, and I love that I can actually get a human on the phone to call me back. Note you gotta leave a voicemail though, they said they don’t take incoming calls unless they have your number stored.
