    A complete marketing automation suite

    Summary: Overall it is a powerful and sophisticated piece of software. It's not for every business... but we have found that it has made a huge difference to our workflow and lead follow up.

    Positive: We can market our services easily online through this marketing software.It is perfect for storing, sharing and managing sales leads and marketing contacts online. I couldn't be happier with this complete marketing suite. This software has powerful features that allow me to easily automate our email campaigns, manage our lead generation, and create surveys which have proven to be more helpful than I originally thought. It has this tremendous ability to just manage all of our marketing functions and, if we need anything else, we have found that there is an integration.

    Negative: Although it has been a remarkable addition to our marketing. It does come with a downside, at the beginning it can be difficult and intense as it's not designed to handle a massive set of services. There is also not a great number of email templates out of the box like other providers- but you give up that function and gain very detailed reporting. We did have some difficulties faced when we scheduled our survey campaign, and using the automated services feature.

    All in one automation platform with helpful support

    Summary: We have used Swift Digital for the past 3 years now and can say that having everything in one place makes life much easier. We can send email campaigns, manage our events, send surveys and design landing pages all in the one system. The support is fantastic and very responsive, they are available by instant chat and also via email. They usually reply within the same day.

    Positive: The most impactful feature of Swift Digital is its all-in-one capabilities— especially for small businesses. We can now also gather user insights through custom-made surveys that we can create, which allow us to be more interactive and fully engaged with our customers. We can view all the data and analytics in one easy dashboard and customise the data sets with a simple tool as we need.
    We are very happy with the automation features like workflows, sequences, and content scheduling, allowing us to operate more efficiently and save time as a team. We have never been able to produce so much content, and reach more of our audience thanks to this suite of tools.
    And, the customer support has been PHENOMENAL. When reaching out to support, I was initially concerned if they could actually help solve our problems. To my surprise, we had a same day response from support via chat who shared screenshots and links.

    Negative: The price. In order to get full access to all features, it can be costly. You really need to assess what you are going to utilise as there are numerous components available.
    But what I am getting for the money has effectively allowed me to cut back on staff members and divert those resources. It is still a huge investment though.
