SurveyMate Reviews

SurveyMate Description

SurveyMate serves as a comprehensive platform tailored for damp and mould surveyors, agencies, teams, and social housing providers across the UK. It consolidates various tools such as CRMs, on-site capture applications, report generation software, calculators, payment processing systems, and compliance tracking into one seamless solution.

Surveyors have the capability to document their observations, record voice notes, take readings, and capture annotated images on their mobile devices—even without internet access—before creating polished, professional PDF reports with the help of unlimited AI support. The platform also features essential building science tools that address dew point calculations, condensation risk assessments, U-values, ventilation strategies, and Glaser analysis.

Additionally, SurveyMate incorporates a CRM, quoting capabilities, Stripe payment integration, client portals, collaborative team features, capacity planning, performance analytics, and customizable white-label reports. Each subscription plan offers tracking for Awaab’s Law deadlines, hazard identification, and timestamped audit trails, ensuring compliance and transparency. Moreover, firms can enhance their business opportunities through the SurveyMate Verified Firm directory, which showcases verified reviews and facilitates direct inquiries through the CRM. This holistic approach not only streamlines operations but also fosters growth for surveyors in the industry.
