    Decent when they work

    Summary: For the most part, these have been decent cameras for our fleet. It seems recently their system goes down more and more often. When this happens, the cameras can't record and synch any videos with their site. You also can't monitor the drivers in real time. Recently, this caused a loss of video when we needed it most. A thief broke into our yard and stole a van. Surfsight was having issues again and because of this, we were not able to get any video of the theft. Catching these kinds of events are the entire reason we have cameras. Frustrating when they are not working when you really need them to be. Support is slow. Send an email and get a response within 24 hours kind of thing.

    Positive: Easy install, feature rich for fleet management, decent picture and video quality, synchs with fleet program

    Negative: Surfsight system goes down too often, causing lost videos, inability to monitor. Slow support.
