Supermicro DCO Description

Data Center Optimized (DCO), is designed to meet complex floorspace and energy requirements in order to achieve lower Total cost of ownership (TCO). High-efficiency power supplies and improved thermal architecture for data center operation. For server deployments where space is limited and power is scarce, this design is short-depth. 8 DIMM slots, 2TB DDR4 memory and Intel® Optane™ DC persistent memories. Dual Intel®, Xeon® Scalable processors with up to 140W TDP. Maximum 8x 2.5" drives per 1U, and 4x 3.5" drives per 1U. 1 PCI-E FHHL expansion slots. High operating temperatures can be achieved thanks to the use of power efficient components and high efficiency power supplies (up to 94% Platinum level). Many DCO servers have a lower than 20" chassis depth, which allows for greater deployment options and higher operational efficiency. Supermicro Ultra SuperServers are engineered to provide the highest performance, flexibility and serviceability for demanding IT environments.
