eMembership is a cloud union management platform from Winmill Software, designed from the ground up for labor unions rather than adapted from a generic CRM. Its data model reflects how unions actually work: members tied to employers, contracts, and dues classifications, with remittance arriving from multiple employers at once. Winmill owns and operates the physical infrastructure behind eMembership instead of renting capacity from a public cloud provider.
