Summary: Super Easy to Use Love the Fact that I can Download without having to worry about an Expiration Date (14 days) Keep Up the Good Work Guys! StreamYard ROCKS!!!

Positive: I like that I am able to use StreamYard to go live into our Facebook Ministry Page & YouTube Page I find it so easy to use I have ADHD and I can honestly say that I have not struggled in figuring out how to do this and that. I did have a hiccup regarding download but the crew was awesome and walked me through peace a cake! I love that StreamYard also has different topics and different shows that come on like Melanie, Christian I can't name them all but I find that to be very informative cause we learn something new from each one of them. Puddles is the Man hands down lol He's the Spark that is needed for StreamYard Whoop Whooop

Negative: I can't Complain At All Well just a tad bit I was so comfy with not having to even give it a thought about having to be limited with the saving of my lives However I like the option of being able to delete old ones to make room for me without having to go in my pocket cause can I Keep It Real I'm on a Super Tight Budget I already pay $25 a month so I think this should remain unlimited for us that pay!

Summary: Top of the line. Enjoy producing shows and learning ways to improve by watch others. I have fun every time I do a show.

Positive: I find StreamYard to be the easiest tool for streaming, I do three shows a week it makes life fun again.

Negative: I am sure if I thought long enough I could come up with a con, yet right now I have none.

Summary: SY makes you look like a professional even if you only use a small percentage of their features. I had zero experience using a streaming platform and was able to figure it out very quickly.

Positive: At the start of the pandemic, we had 3 weeks to pivot our in-person event and StreamYard made it easy.

Negative: Would be great to have compiled analytics from the social media platforms.

Summary: The experience with StreamYard has been very good, it allows me to work with various programs and content. And taking into account the price and what I can do is good. They always have room to improve and they are doing it.

Positive: The platform is very friendly for anyone, allowing a unique experience for all.

Negative: They can improve the handling of animated overlay or lower third.

Summary: StreamYard ROCKS! One thing that makes the platform so amazing is the consistent updates and improvements. Definitely no "complacency" with this team.

Positive: When you are recording or live streaming a video for your audience, the last thing you need to be focused on is running the platform. StreamYard is just intuitive, so you can focus on your audience instead of the mechanics of running your broadcast.

Negative: What it doesn't have that I wish it did is the ability to upload my own animated lower thirds instead of just using the banners (or a static overlay). It would give me the ability to put them in myself while filming instead of having to manually download and then add them in FCPX.

Summary: It is the ideal tool for those who do not want to complicate their streaming life, but without sacrificing the quality of the show.

Positive: It allows multistreaming in a very simple way, with great stability and with a totally professional appearance.

Even if you don't have the best computer in the world or the fastest internet connection, with StreamYard you can stream to several networks simultaneously without any problem.

Negative: It does not allow to add videos with transparent background, nor formats such as .mov .webm

Only 1 audio channel per participant is allowed.

It does not allow adding background music or sound effects.

Summary: I am a small business owner with a small team and I love that I can stream into their customer groups while doing my own stream for my personal customers. It is very user friendly and not complicates to use. StreamYard was my saving grace when I had to pivot from in person to virtual everything.

Positive: Stream into multiple platforms simultaneously.
Super User Friendly.
Prerecord streams.
Able to incorporate video clips into stream.
Easy to add guests.

Negative: Would love a camera filter.
Maybe some pre loaded backgrounds.

Summary: One of the most efficient streaming platforms. I have been a collaborator for an internet radio station for more than a year and StreamYard has helped us to broadcast the 6 weekly programs of the station to our hispanic community of listeners of over 35,000 viewers on our platforms! We are so grateful we have StreamYard

Positive: StreamYard is reliable, user friendly and has an amazing support team who can answer all our questions.

Negative: I truly don’t have any cons. I’m a StreamYard user for more than a year now and I’m very satisfied with StreamYard.

Summary: Best option for our needs, happy with it, looking forward to updates and improvements. We signed up using the annual rate and will be renewing.

Positive: Easy to use, we stream bowling tournaments and a talk show about bowling, this platform works great, Ability to use OBS for multiple camera setup is great and using voicemeter for multiple microphones.

Negative: Moving between video and live is a little cumbersome, need a smooth way to transition, especially if the video goes to black but has audio still active, as a “bumper” to come back to the live.

Summary: I am so happy I started my streaming journey with StreamYard and never want to use anything else. Because of it I have been able to grow from a web show to podcast to a digital TV show all with the same platform. I cannot wait to see what the future holds for them.

Positive: There is so much to love about StreamYard, where do I even begin?! The system is so user friendly for both the creator and the guests. The screen layouts they provide make it so easy to customize your live streams along with the tabs to change the colors to fit your brand. With banners that scroll or pop-up on screen, you can get the info out to your viewers with ease. Absolutely love being able to feature comments from the streaming sites during the live video to help the viewers feel part of the show.

The best part is they are always looking for ways to make StreamYard better for its viewers with a weekly Townhall meeting and other opportunities during the week to educate users on how to best take advantage of StreamYard. Their customer service is unlike anything else I've seen before, whether I'm in the middle of a stream or not, I reach out to them for help through the direct message link for their immediate, helpful service. They are always polite and eager to assist.

Negative: If I had to give a con, I think it would be not being able to set up a login name and password instead of using a code to validate. Also it would be really nice to be able to format the font of the banners.

Summary: Really wonderful. It’s simple to set up. It’s easy to use every show. My guests love it too. A solid product that anyone can use to host a livestream or just record videos.

Positive: In looking for a tool to live stream, I stumbled upon Streamyard very early in their lifecycle, and they were really good. Over the last 18 months, they’ve gotten even better.

From making it easy to produce the show with just me, to offering a one click solution for my tech not-so-savvy guests, to giving me an MP3 file I can use in my audio only version of my podcast GerbyCasts, StreamYard does it all for me. Recently they even added 50 hours of storage which is 100 hours of my 30 minute show, which is outstanding as I used to forget to download the audio file in 7 days.

Negative: The only thing I wish they would do would be to make it super easy for my guests to also livestream on their channels.

Summary: I have referred several of my friends to Streamyard.

Positive: I love how simple it is to use and it's very robust.

Negative: I do not have the ability to place music in Streamyard.

Summary: I cant see myself using another product, it is easy to use and very user friendly. When I have guests, it's easy for them who have never used it.

Positive: My friends and I started our podcast on Google hangouts, when Hangouts changed we were so worried about how we would continue. When we found stream yard we jumped on and it was so easy to use, I was shocked. Now I look back and can't believe we ever used anything different the StreamYard!

Negative: Would love to have a volume control for shared audio.

Summary: Since it came out, there have been multiple "clones" that popped up, even copying the UI and features. That's ok and it shows that StreamYard is doing something right AND setting the trend for web-based online streaming. StreamYard is easy to pick-up, even for first time users and guests.

Positive: StreamYard is easy to use, reliable, and delivers the best value-for-money. What's more, the strong community support and interaction gives rise to new features that have made this streaming solution a no-brainer.

Negative: Initially, it was pricing -- but thanks to the occasional promos, the annual cost for a Pro Plan are the lowest around. Also, I wish there was a way to better assign user rights even on a Pro Plan, as creating weekly online shows involve not just one person or host... you need one for your co-host, the showrunner, to name a few. So instead of giving other people "full" rights, you can just limit them to what they are meant to do.

Summary: Without StreamYard I probably would have stopped doing live shows, StreamYard makes it so easy and they keep adding features that make it easier and help make it look professional.

Positive: Ease of use.
Pretty much log on a record.
Easy to have guests.
Works on various browsers.
Works on pc, laptop, mobiles and tablets.

Negative: I think price could be slightly lower or offer deals to people who have been using StreamYard for a while.
