StreamXLS Description

StreamXLS is a Windows RTD server designed to facilitate the streaming of real-time data from Interactive Brokers directly into Microsoft Excel. By utilizing the TWS API, it establishes a connection to either Trader Workstation or IB Gateway, allowing users to input account, position, order, and market data seamlessly into worksheet cells using Excel-native RTD formulas—completely eliminating the need for add-ins, VBA, or any programming skills.

With StreamXLS, users have the flexibility to create their own customized Excel dashboards, watchlists, and portfolio trackers in a layout of their choosing, with values that update instantly in real-time. The service encompasses a wide range of financial instruments, including stocks, futures, options (complete with greeks), and foreign exchange, while also accommodating multiple accounts, including those structured for Financial Advisors. Moreover, it allows for the integration of order tickers directly from Excel.

To use StreamXLS, users must have desktop Excel installed on a Windows system, maintain an Interactive Brokers account, and possess personal market data subscriptions.
