    Awful and too restrictive!!

    Summary: Horrible and very stressful and scary because no default available to us!!!!why do you make it so restrictive for us?? We live here not land here like a damn bird! I’m not the only person here that’s having trouble with this app!!!

    Positive: At first it seemed so easy to use, then late coming home from work and can’t access my building!! Had to call my roommate to let me in!!

    Negative: The fact I can’t get into my building!! It keeps happening now!! I’m tired from work and can’t get into my home??? I don’t like not having any default options to allow me access to my residence!! Would you??? Plus I can’t even get groceries or my meds, or a freaking pizza delivered!! Plus my family is expected to give me their email so they can come visit me or pick me up??? This is ridiculous!!
