Why use E-invoicing?

- E-invoices are 59% cheaper than sending them and 64% less expensive to receive them.

- Paper invoicing is time-consuming and expensive. E-invoices can be sent from one bookkeeping system to another, completely in the cloud and without any physical interference.

- PDF and paper invoices cannot be sent to governments, ministries, or public entities. Peppol allows you to send your e-invoices worldwide to all governments according to the new European Directive.

Are you an ERP system/accounting software? An easy RESTful API allows you to enable e-invoicing of your customers. Customers can then send and receive einvoices right from their own software. They can also connect to the Peppol network to send einvoices to government.

    Summary: Storecove is a partner who's helping me to increase our business! And that's the way we want to work; we need partners instead of suppliers.

    Positive: Before we used another partner for sending XML invoices. Storecove gave me the right fit; the support is there for you at set-up moment but now, after 2 years, it's really nice to experience their support. F.e. when there is something missing, they are very eager to solve my issue.

    Negative: I don't have a bad experience with Storecove. But I am direct and clear in communication, which prevents ambiguities. That's works fine.

    Summary: With multiple legal entities, bank accounts in multiple currencies and several supported e-invoicing formats and Storecove has been able to help us implement e-invoicing towards our customers , delivering what they promised. Excellent support/ service really makes the difference.

    - Easy to use once all has been implemented.

    Negative: - Missing features on reporting in the portal.
    - Sometimes the error messages are not too detailed to see why an invoice failed to process.
