StayTrak Description
StayTrak software was specifically designed for drop-in childcare centers that do not have traditional classrooms and don't require customers to make appointments. Drop-in daycare centers have a different billing and tracking system than traditional daycare. Traditional daycare software packages may offer an hourly billing option, but they are not designed for quick and frequent check-ins and outs. They also don't cater to the thousands of families who may only visit once a month. StayTrak is used in many centers since 2004 and can be adapted to any facility that charges by the hour or for a time period, such as after-school programs and adult day care. Check-in and check-out are quick and simple. Charges are automatically calculated.
