Sprockets will send a survey with 3-5 questions to your top performers. The results are used to create a Success Profile for each position. New job applicants will complete the same 5--10 minute survey on mobile or desktop, and receive a score of 10. Your Sprockets dashboard can be populated with a ranking that ranks ideal matches (green), potential decent hires (yellow) and non-starters. Because we're like traffic lights, we're simple like that.
