Spool Description

Spool allows you and your team access and document key conversations from customer calls and sales meetings by simply pressing a button. Spool can be connected to your Zoom account. The Spool widget can be used during sales calls and customer calls to capture only the most important, non-sensitive portions of your conversations. There is no typing required. To capture as many discussion topics and as many calls as you wish, simply press the widget button. Spool uses text classification and sentiment analysis algorithms to identify and categorize the most valuable and effective parts of selected conversations and creates sales documents automatically. Spool automatically creates sales documents and emails them to you right after every discovery or qualification call.
