    Positive: Easy to configure and maintain
    Good interface
    Ensures security & prevents and data theft
    Web protection and URL filtering
    Mailbox security
    Ability to deploy as an on premise solution
    Available across platforms and devices

    Negative: For mail protection only supports Microsoft mailboxes.
    Apart from that as an end user (not involved in setup or configuration) I didn't face any issues.
