    DON'T USE SOCIAL SPRINTERS - SCAM!

    Summary: TERRIBLE! This is a foreign company that will scam you out of money! Somehow they started charging me monthly for a service that I don't use.

    Positive: NONE! There is nothing to like about a company that continually charges me for an unusable service!

    Negative: I ATTEMPTED to use SocialSprinters service in December of last year. I was NEVER ABLE TO USE your service because it was not user friendly and IMPOSSIBLE TO USE. Somehow or another SocialSprinters started charging me a MONTHLY FEE OF $49 WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I emailed the company and after I was directed to a link to try to get a refund...was UNABLE to use form because IT WAS IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE. Finally I was able to convince an employee to give me the refund for 2 months, only to find out that I HAVE BEEN CHARGED AGAIN FOR THE LAST 2 MONTHS! Next stop BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! P.S. I am demanding a refund for the $49 that I was charged for the last 2 months!
