Run!! WORST company ever!! Date: Jan 26 2023
Summary: Terrible!! Too many to list. Everything was bad from A to Z. The day I finally had enough and canceled was the only relief there was!
Positive: Nothing! There are no pros to list here. I waited and paid for 6 years for them to get it working properly.
Negative: With no exaggeration... The support rep is an extreme abuser when on their end things are broken. He will also tell you to pay when they have a glitch or something needs fixed to improve their software. He will always tell you that they don't need you because they have better customers who pay more. I have stored tons of emails of verbal abuse. On top of it all the product is very outdated, slow, hard to use and constant bugs and glitches. The worst company I have ever dealt with! Leaving for other software has been a huge relief and saved a ton of money vs what I paid for 6 years that they never did get working properly.
