    Summary: Overall I would rank the experience one of the best I have encountered among the major webinar/ virtual conference platforms available.

    Positive: - UX was clean, simple to navigate and quick to load
    - Content was accessible (appeared to meet regulatory standards for hearing and visually impaired participants.
    - Access to information was readily available from sessions of the webinar (download presentation collateral, ppt, etc.)

    Negative: From an end user/event attendee perspective I did not see any cons.

    Cannot comment on experience around the setup/maintenance of content for the virtual conference.

    Summary: Very happy with our experience using Social27. I would recommend to anyone interested in using a virtual platform.

    Positive: Excellent resource during a time when very few new about virtual meetings. They made this transition during Covid as easy as possible. There staff is well trained and were available any time needed. Very accommodating...and pleasant to work with. Highly recommended.

    Positive: Easy to use. Great sound and video quality.
    Easy to use for non tech employees also. Almost plug and play easy.

    Highly Scalable teamwork

    Summary: Honestly, when the pandemic hit and everything was stuck, Social27 was going well, we were about to give up and fundamentally change the industry to start something new. We have greatly expanded our events! Our team is very excited to expand our working capabilities with Social27 on upcoming events in 2022.

    Positive: The Social27 platform has many interesting interaction features. My favorite is Hello World, where attendees shoot a short introductory video. It has benefited people from sales mainly.

    Negative: The reporting dashboard is great, but some live reports were not up to date.
