    Summary: Overall my experience using Snap has been a pleasant one.

    Positive: Ease of use - Makes it fast to train people to use the product.
    Helpful support - Always polite and quick to fix any technical issues.
    Collaboration - Works with our technical team to add new features we require.

    Negative: The only downside that springs to mind is the licences. On busy days we occasionally reach our limit but it doesn't happened often enough to warrant another license.
