    Summary: All in all, it has made communicating much easier between staff and the work environment, and relationships have improved since we started using Snapfix.
    The app can be used in many ways which would cater to various industries.
    I would give Snapfix 9/10.

    Positive: The traffic light system is very efficient, it makes it easy to communicate between staff members what status a job is at.
    The priority tool is great for emphasizing a matter of urgency on a job.
    Being able to create and customize groups makes filing much easier and makes for a neat system.

    Negative: I don't have many negatives for Snapfix, however, it would be very handy if you could select multiple pictures at once to upload.
    Having to select each picture individually is tedious and time-consuming.
    Being able to take lots of pictures and upload them at a later time in one chunk would be amazing. Thats my only negative!

    Summary: We are really satisfied with the app and its functionality.
    Everyone got on so well with the app as it is so easy to use.
    We keep track of everything on Snapfix, from logging maintenance issues and following up on them with the maintenance team, to doing daily checklists, doing apartment inspections, creating move-out reports, etc.

    Positive: Its functionality. Snapfix is easy to use, it provides the ability to create reports, schedule tasks, and keep track of everything.

    Negative: The only thing we would like to be able to do is to have a function to add more pictures at once while uploading them on Snapfix instead of adding pictures one by one.

    Favorite Maintenance App!

    Summary: I’ve had a great experience using Snapfix. As I previously mentioned, it’s super intuitive and fast to use. I also appreciate that it always works. In the past, the school I work at used a different app and it constantly crashed and made reporting things that needed to be fixed very complicated, but I haven’t had this issue with Snapfix.

    Positive: I love that I’m able to be notified when a submission has been completed. It makes keeping track of the hall, and my students' dorm needs really easy.

    I also love how intuitive it is to use. I’m able to provide as much information about the situation as possible without having to fish around the app, which makes the submission quick and seamless.

    Negative: The only con is the character limit when submitting a request. It’s not terrible though because I can always elaborate in the “comment” section, but maybe slightly more characters would be beneficial in case the maintenance team doesn’t look at the comments.

    Otherwise, I have no complaints.

    Summary: I really really like being able to document issues or repairs needed on the spot and it has helped me as a supervisor to make sure things I find are accurately recorded.

    Positive: Snap Fix is a quick and easy way to document repairs and other requests that need attention. It allows instant communication with other departments that will overall make everyone's department run smoothly.

    Negative: I have no cons in relation to the product. I would make it easier to add multiple pictures at one time would be better though.

    Summary: It has been a great addition to the hotel teams since day one. Have very issues with it and any that have come up were dealt with swiftly by the support team.

    Positive: The main thing I like is the ease of use.. Everything is straightforward and easy to navigate. Using it in a hotel environment all departments have dedicated groups for daily checklists for jobs that arise during the day, all in one app.

    Summary: Since signing up with Snapfix, Croke Park has been able to benefit significantly from improved reporting mechanisms on nonurgent, reactive maintenance tasks. In the time using the application, we have been able to encourage cross-department communication via the platform which has consolidated previous reporting channels via emails, SMS, phone calls, etc. Snapfix has also allowed for improved record-keeping on the types of issues being raised which allows us to direct and manage resources more effectively. We look forward to working with Snapfix in the future and exploring more of the application's benefits and features.

    Positive: App interface, ease of use, speed of communication and delegation, and use of pictures and text allow for concise and speedy delegation of tasks.

    Negative: None so far. All of the pros have been outlined above.

    Summary: very good and helpful service would highly recommend it. I am only using this service for a short while but find it extremely helpful in my role as an estate office for several different locations.

    Snapfix is like an extra limp!

    Summary: I doubt I could do without this app now. Its become an integral part of my operations. This app saves time and eases the operations of the business.

    Positive: The flexibility and versatility of Snapfix has led to this app being a massive resource that's used in multiple aspects of the business.

    The easiest way to list this is to probably explain the way the app has evolved into its current state in our business.

    It was originally introduced as a Maintenance Reporting tool. All staff now know how to open a Task to ensure it's done. Before they'd have to report it to someone and rely on them that it would be added to the Maintenance List. Now I've staff taking pictures of the simplest things like blown light bulbs and scratches on walls. This never happened before as we relied on Managers to notice and report it. Now, staff take a picture and type a few words and they know it'll be resolved in due course.

    Housekeeping uses the app daily for recording Room Allocation and to liaise with reception when rooms are Checked-Out. The team will regularly update the Maintenance Tasks as they come across them. It's also use to schedule routine maintenance like 'Cleaning Under Beds', 'Flipping Mattresses, and deep cleaning different locations. This can be done daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly. Within the Scheduled Task they can check each room off once completed.

    All Lost Property is recorded through the app so when someone rings reception they can scroll through the list or use the filters to find dates & room numbers of when the items were left behind. This is a massive time saver and gives the guest an instant answer instead of the alternative, of waiting for some time to check and call them back.

    Our Duty Managers and Night Porters use the NFC tags at strategic locations around the building that assists to ensure the Fire Regs are being met and for insurance claims to prove the staff regularly inspects areas.

    And finally, but not lastly as we're always finding new ways to use the app, is the HR side of it. With the numerous ways to communicate with staff and their 'right to switch off' we encourage the app to be used to communicate. This way our policy allows staff to turn the notifications OFF on Snapfix when they're not at work. There can be no complaints about being added to WhatsApp, Messenger, etc groups and getting unwanted texts in the middle of the night. Its a work app that we control and get staff to use when working.

    Negative: There were issues with notifications updates being delayed but I believe this is resolved
