Summary: SmileBack has made getting customer feedback easy and reliable and has also increased the feedback we get. It's easy to setup and use and report on positive, negative etc feedback so you can address that with your techs or customers
Positive: Easy to setup, instant results and it's easy for the end user to complete a survey. All the end user has to do is click an icon, i.e. happy face and so on and leave their comments on that ticket's service
Negative: More reporting would be great but overall, no complaints
