    Summary: Very disappointed in the clinical side. I am hoping when we can start billing, I am much more impressed with that side of the software.

    Positive: Sticky Notes, being able to have multiple windows open for ease of finding information while in a note. Support desk is impressive, very responsive, and always friendly!

    Negative: Nothing flows cohesively, many many glitches, No functioning Plan of Care. The forms do not include questions for areas of required information, for example on the discharge summary, there is a lot of required info that is not included and must be memorized by staff to include on the document for compliance. That is one example, we have found MANY!

After surveying our agencies in 2021, mumms Software has re-designed Hummingbird where all documentation is generated in the patient's SmartChart. These efforts are a part of phased releases to eliminate CII and keep documentation and the improved comprehensive plan of care within the SmartChart. These releases began this week as we began transitioning our clients to the new Hummingbird clinical experience with a series of webinars. Hummingbird's new design has improved workflows, automations, dashboards, and tools to empower clinicians. In these webinar sessions, we will walk through the new comprehensive workplace, what’s new, what’s coming, and provide insight into why these innovations are occurring. Take this opportunity to see the new widgets with access to vitals and measurements, medications, creating visits, forms, orders, careplans problems, historical data, and much more all in one location. We hope that a member of your organization is able to join us on a session each week for a preview of a new portion of the SmartChart.     Summary: Mumms support staff is top notch and although there are repeating issues (visit not in chart and unable to close visit), the support team is efficient in resolving these issues as well as others that come up. The system continues to improve. Still waiting for the offline availability of C2.

    Positive: Support team is very helpful in resolving issues quickly.

    C2 uses Chrome.
    Smartchart and Clearscripts.

    Negative: C2 not available offline.
    At times, I see multiple tickets for visit not in chart and unable to close visit.
